Jump exhaustion

A jump adds 0.05 exhaustion, or 0.2 while sprinting.

Rules

Jump0.05 exhaustion per jump.
Sprint jump0.2 exhaustion per jump. Exhaustion for the distance sprinted is counted separately.
Creative modePlayers in Creative mode gain no exhaustion.
