Furnace experience
A furnace stores experience for every item it cooks and pays it out when a player takes the results or breaks the furnace.
| Amount | For each recipe: items cooked x that recipe's experience value. Different recipes are counted separately. |
| Fractions | The whole part is paid out for sure. The fraction left over is the chance of 1 extra point. |
| Examples | 1 Iron Ingot at 0.7: a 70% chance of 1 point. 64 Stone at 0.1 each: 6 points and a 40% chance of a 7th. |
| Sample values | Cobblestone into Stone: 0.1. Wet Sponge into Sponge: 0.15. Beef into Steak: 0.35. Raw Iron into Iron Ingot: 0.7. |
| When it is paid | When a player takes items out of the result slot, or when the furnace is broken. Until then the experience stays stored in the furnace. |
| Furnace types | Furnace, Smoker and Blast Furnace all follow this rule. |
