Mining Fatigue
Mining Fatigue multiplies mining speed by 0.3 per level: 30% at level I, 9% at II, 2.7% at III.

| With Haste | Haste and Mining Fatigue both apply. The Haste bonus is multiplied in first, then Mining Fatigue. |
| Example | A Diamond Pickaxe (speed 8 on Stone) under Mining Fatigue III mines Stone at speed 0.216, slower than a bare hand's speed of 1. |
