Haste and Conduit Power
Haste and Conduit Power raise mining speed by 20% per level; with both active, only the higher level counts.
Rules
| Speed bonus | Mining speed x (1 + 0.2 x level): +20% at level I, +40% at level II. |
| Both effects | Haste and Conduit Power do not add up. The higher of the two levels is used. |
| Order | The bonus is applied after Efficiency has been added to the tool's speed, so it multiplies both. |
| Example | A Diamond Pickaxe with Efficiency V has speed 34 on Stone. Haste II raises it to 47.6, which breaks Stone instantly. |
