Angler's Instinct nodes raise the fishing success rate: the chance of catching nothing becomes 1 - (1 - 50%) x (1 + bonus). With all of them (+60%) it is 20%. Swift Cast nodes shorten each cast by their percentage (together 50%, down to 50% of the time; never below 10%).
