Equipment Upgrades
Blacksmiths upgrade equipment from +0 to +10 for gold and ores; Gem Specialists add sockets and remove gems; Blacksmiths also salvage equipment into materials.
Success chance
The chance depends on the item's current upgrade level.

Cost
Gold = 3 x (current upgrade level + 1)² x item level (at least 1), x 2 for an Ancient item.
Each upgrade takes the rarity's ores x (current upgrade level + 1)².
A Rare, Legendary or Divine item also takes 3 of its slot's boss material for the upgrade to +9 and again for +10.

Gold at item level 100, 500 and 700 and the ores of each rarity, from +1 to +10.
