Paragon
Paragon levels start once a character reaches level 70: "Reach the max level with any character to unlock Paragon." Each Paragon level gives 1 point to spend on the stats below.
Level shared by all your characters; each character spends its own points.

XP per Paragon level
The XP a Paragon level takes grows along fixed points and then by 10,175,200 XP per level past Paragon 475. It stays flat from Paragon 50 to 200.
Paragon starts at level 1 when it unlocks. The XP in a row is what that Paragon level takes to reach the next one.
