Armor reduces physical damage by its percentage and magic resistance reduces magic damage the same way. Explosive damage is reduced by half the armor, and true damage ignores both. The encyclopedia labels: Low 1-30%, Medium 31-75%, High 76-99%, Immune 100%.

How does difficulty change an enemy?
Each enemy has its own health for Casual, Normal, Veteran and Impossible, shown on its page. An enemy without its own values per difficulty gets 70%, 80%, 100% and 110% of its health, rounded up to the next 10. Enemies without their own speed per difficulty move 10% faster on Impossible.
How is speed labelled?
The encyclopedia calls an enemy Slow below speed 21, Medium from 21 to 44 and Fast from 45.
How much gold does an enemy give?
The gold shown is paid for each kill in the campaign. Hero Party pays 1.5 times as much and Blitz Challenge 2.5 times as much, and enemies move 20% faster in Blitz Challenge.
What happens when an enemy reaches the exit?
It costs the number of lives shown on its page: 1 or 2 for every enemy except the bosses. A boss that reaches the exit costs all remaining lives.
