Each enemy struck by Half Moon Slash grants a stack of Crescent Momentum for 3 seconds, up to 20 stacks. Each stack grants +1 Mana Regeneration and +1% Critical Hit Chance.

Half Moon Slash's blades no longer fly past. They hunt the enemies around where you aimed for 3 seconds, cutting each one every 0.5 seconds.

Each cleared boss encounter of level 40 and higher has a 2% chance to drop a rune (1.5% on mini-boss stages). On Inferno 0.5% of those runes are Set Runes before the stage's loot bonus and Item Find, which raise it; on Normal and Nightmare no Set Rune drops. Only runes for the current hero's class drop.
