How to get it

  • Boss encounters of level 40 and higher

    Each cleared boss encounter of level 40 and higher has a 2% chance to drop a rune (1.5% on mini-boss stages); 56.28% of those runes are attribute runes on Normal and Nightmare, 56% on Inferno before the loot bonus raises the Set Rune share. Only runes for the current hero's class drop.
