An Ancient item costs twice the gold to upgrade and sells for twice the gold. Black Mist: 0.2% of its drops from level 70 enemies and level 70 treasure chests on Nightmare and Inferno. A Black Mist item requires level 70, is never Ancient and stays tradable until its mists are revealed.
