Rolled before the rarity, x (1 + 0.3 x Item Find), only for a chest of level 70 opened on Inferno.

In a chest of level 70, a Legendary item (not Back) has a 10% chance to be Ancient; opened on Nightmare or Inferno, a 0.2% Black Mist roll comes first.

A chest dropped by an enemy has that enemy's level; each item is equipment that drops at that level, for the current hero's classes.
