Suburban Family House

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Right after placing the house on the lot, you need to save, exit, and restart the game. This will eliminate the lag that occurs after placing the house!

(No mods, no custom content). This house is beautifully located by the sea with great views. It's a split-level-house with three floors. It has 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, kitchen with pantry, laundry room, office, master suite with walk-in-closet, 4 kids rooms for 1 preteen, 1 child, 1 toddler and 1 baby. There is also a guest suite, gym, garage, 5 bathrooms, lots of storage, and a large back porch overlooking the sea with private access to the beach.

This is my first build in Paralives. I hope you’ll enjoy it and like it as much as I do! Let me know what you think.♥

I recommend placing this house on the empty beach lot down to the left on the map (where I built it), so it will place properly and you don't have to lower or raise it.
