Due to the gorgeous, massive tree in the yard, the initial price of this lot might be a bit expensive! If your starter characters can't afford it yet, don't worry—you can easily use a money cheat to place it:
1. Press Ctrl + F1 in-game to open the cheat console. 2. Type setmoney [amount] (e.g., give yourself enough money to purchase the lot). 3. Once the house is placed, you can use the setmoney cheat again to revert your funds back to your original balance!
