The Pregnancy Test
“In Paralives, pregnancy lasts 24 hours. After trying for a baby, it's possible to do a pregnancy test by clicking on a toilet. You can also visit the hospital to find out if you're expecting twins or triplets. Giving birth is done at home, and then you'll be able to pick a name for the little one!”

Babies can be breastfed or bottle-fed. Select a teen or adult Parafolk, then click on a baby to start the interaction and feed the baby.
Bathroom
When this need gets too low, babies will automatically dirty their diaper. This will relieve their Bathroom need, but decrease their hygiene.
Hygiene
Older Parafolks can pick up babies, place them in their crib, and then select the “Change diaper” interaction to raise their hygiene.
Sleep
Babies automatically fall asleep when tired. However, they'll be more comfortable if an older Parafolk places them in their crib.
Affection
It's important to spend time and play with babies so they feel loved!
Daycare
“Parafolks can start a family and have children, allowing generational gameplay. Babies and toddlers have different needs, so make sure to take care of them! When left alone at home, children under school age will automatically be sent to daycare, which will be charged to your next weekly bank statement.”
