Modern House (Stephens & Weber) [Modded]

This is my first ever build! It is made for my Stephens & Weber household. I used this floor plan to create this build. This build also uses various mods & a few custom images (shown in second to last photo).

The polaroids in the second floor bedroom are not filled out as I planned to add them with selfies and photos of friends (which I have not taken yet).

This house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, a terrace, and a balcony.

This was built in the empty lot next to the O'Reilly household by the beach.

Note clutter placed on the downstairs bathroom sink may need to be moved to the correct spot
