Mod description

Owen's Family Cottage Home, From the 1998 film Practical Magic. Move-in Ready. Minimal decoration, Clutterbugs welcome!

Film-accurate layout Currently has a liveable attic, working spiral staircase, and lighthouse sitting area.

Many details added thanks to https://betweennapsontheporch.net/practical-magic-tour-this-beautiful-victorian-movie-house/ This design was built using prop blueprint sketch, film stills, & other resources), ang includes several blueprint estimates (limited information given that the building never existed and the film itself contradicts the layout in multiple scenes) including a codependent Aunts' room, laundry room, mudroom, under stair storage, etc.

Roofing and other advanced edit objects may glitch out, will need to be replaced. Feel free to reach out for help.

V.1 I'm still fixing it up, with focus on adjustments to the attic and rooftop, and will be updating the lot as bug fixes come in, new items become available, helpful mods are published, and once the devs bestow us with a roofing update.

ATTN Lot builders and modders! : Please reach out if you want to collab on this project. I'd love to make it a group project to make it as detailed as possible, and someday include some custom assets like the loom, porcelain farmbath sink, cast iron wood burning range, etc
