Mod description
1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Has a balcony and 2 exits. Furnished, but not in high detail so you can add stuff yourself. Perfect for a couple or a singe para. A family of 6 probably lived there back when it was built, but nowdays it's just too small for large families. It's specifically meant for that one weird lot at the town square (not a lot of 90º angles there :')
