Converted Factory Brewery/Loft

a build in the style of a converted factory. a brewery on the bottom floor (bar / kitchen / public bathroom) with an open second level with more tables/games on the top. above that is modern industrial apartment, and on the roof is a greenhouse! if/when the paralives team adds functional businesses, i'll update the build!
