Apartment Renovation - Starter V2

Price 29 998 P #NoCC Hello everyone! This is a reupload and the final version of my Central Square Apartment Renovation. Unfortunately, the game wouldn’t let me update the original Workshop upload, so I had to publish this version as a new creation. The goal of this renovation was to fix the issues with the original build and redesign the layout to make better use of the available space. The result is a home that’s more functional, practical, and enjoyable to play. I also added realistic details such as radiators, ventilation, electrical outlets, light switches, and extra storage to make the apartment feel more believable. The commercial spaces on the first two floors have intentionally been left empty, allowing you to use them however you like. What’s new in this final version? * Properly defined rooms. * Removed floating objects. * Added tiled half-wall backsplashes in the kitchen and bathroom. * Enlarged the bathtub so Paras no longer clip through the wall. I also reworked the interior decoration. In the previous version, I got a little carried away with fancy furniture and lost sight of my original idea. This version stays true to my initial vision: a freshly renovated rental apartment, fully furnished with simple, affordable essentials provided by the landlord. Comfortable, practical, realistic—and not luxurious. The Advanced Transform Tool was used only when necessary. I’ve thoroughly tested the build, and no objects shift or become misaligned after reloading the game. The apartment uses no custom content. Everything is fully functional. The only known limitation is the resized refrigerator, which doesn’t allow Paras to grab a snack. However, cooking meals works normally with both the stove and the microwave. I hope you’ll enjoy this final version as much as the original. Thank you to everyone who downloaded and supported my first upload!
