Mod description
Welcome to 216 Souvenir Street, here we have a Craftsman styled home perfect for your classic nuclear family.
Inside you'll find the place ready to be decorated with its default floorplan, but just as well have the freedom to knock down the walls and redraw your own floorplan.
Whatever you choose to do this is a place for your family to make memories.
The default floorplan is intended to have the following
3rd Floor: 6 Rooms 2nd Floor: Large Open Room with 3 Medium sized rooms, and 2 closets 1st Floor: 2 Large Rooms one of which is perfect for a garage (if we ever get cars)
Exterior 3 Custom Flowerbeds and framing for future garage door
And as always Hey Youtubers, if you wanna decorate or remodel this home I'd love to see what you can come up with.
