Additional and Usual Things
I tried to place this lot on the plot next to the community center, and it was placing the walls underground as if it was trying to stay at the level it was built at. I'm putting in a bug report, but for now this lot is probably best anywhere at the bottom of the map.
Some things, like the fancy wire racks in the closets, are objects resized with the advanced rotation tool. They might move in early access.
