The Knight Household

At 27 years old, Fraeya Knight packed everything she owned into a beat-up hatchback and left the city behind.

For years, she chased the "right" path. A stable job. A predictable routine. The kind of life everyone told her she should want.

But somewhere along the way, she realized she was spending more time daydreaming about living than actually living. So she quit.

With a modest savings account and a sketchbook full of ideas, Fraeya bought one of the cheapest homes she could find in a quiet town. The house wasn't much—a leaky roof, faded wallpaper, and more weeds than lawn—but it was hers. For the first time, she gets to decide who she wants to be. By day, she works odd jobs to pay the bills. By night, she creates art, and slowly transforms her little house into a cozy reflection of herself. The problem? Fraeya is comfortable being alone. Maybe too comfortable. While she's talented and creative, building relationships doesn't come naturally. She often keeps people at arm's length, convincing herself she's fine on her own. But life has a funny way of introducing people when you're least expecting it.

As the seasons pass, Fraeya must decide

Will she continue living quietly in her own world? Or will she finally let people become part of the story she's creating?
