Small Craftsman Home (READ DESCRIPTION)

This is a small family modern craftsman styled home with boho and midcentury modern flair. It is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and includes an office. I have built this on the empty lot just before the tunnel with beach in the backyard of the home. In game, the price of this lot is 58,417 Paradimes. If you want to start with this home, I recommend adjusting your starting balance with your storyteller of choice.

To start, you will need this item from the workshop

Additionally, I have found some rug textures that I love so below will be a Google Drive link for you to download if you want them in your game as well. I did not make these textures. I just saved images of rugs I found on Google Images. The photos in this home were found on Google Images, Walmart, and Target. All word signs were created by me in Canva.
