New features and optimization of old ones to make the school system for kids much more fair

*NEW EMOTION: Motivated*

This new emotion will only trigger and show when a para is at school or at work. Full, or nearly full needs, will provide a boost so performance is not bothered by a lack of emotions.

*NEW INTERACTION: Study*

Kids, pre-teens and teens now have a new interaction available on the computer. They can study for each of the subjects they're currently enrolled in. Studying in any of these subjects will provide a 24 hr buff to their academic performance of 10%

Each subject will increase a knowledge skill (s) associated to that subject. Additionally, studying a subject will grant the child a grade increase in that subject the next time they finish school. This effect applies if the child studied at least 24 hours before the end of the school day. This effect can apply to all the grades they decided to study.

A child studying math, music and art will have a grade increase in all three of these subjects.

Each study interaction lasts 30 min.

This is to help balance out the school experience that is currently bombing all the grades for our kids. This way we have more control over their academic performance.

*HOMEWORK CHANCE INCREASE*

The only change to homework is the chance of it being assigned changed from 30% to 100%.

!* IMPORTANT *!

While the code is there, Highschool students won't have the 'Studied at school' 10% buff. This isn't a mod bug, this is a Paralives bug, as Highschool students don't even have a 30% buff from homework completed show up. When Paralives fixes that, then my "Studied" buff will automatically work as it uses the same buff system as the homework status.
