I made the image huge at 2000 x 2000 for the best HD resolution but that may be an issue for most people. For the best results for placing the tattoo on the character i recommend using the tattoo on the torso and setting the position to 21 x -24 and setting the size to 0.05 if it is not already set to that however the tattoo can be placed anywhere.
