Open Plan StoneSword Lot Starter

(1 Bed, 1 Bath) Nice starter that has everything your para might need in an open plan area like a detached studio apartment (bed, bath, kitchen dining, living room) along with an outdoor grill, tv, easel, computer and bookshelf. Features lovely windows, the sword from the lot, and a butterfly roof as a nice bow on top.

Built in the lot next to the Patel household near the beach, lighthouse and the gym. Some construction is left on premises as this is a starter and i intend to upload another version that's more built up in the near future.
