Mod description
This overrides the Learn Recipe from the Grocery Store Recipe Book!
No more 24 hour cool down so your Paras can purchase as many recipes as they can afford.
Special notes It will say Para's cant learn a new recipe not fully sure what that is but the recipes still unlock.
Also it will potentially unlock recipes that is outside of their food skills, they can still cook it but the more advance the recipe is compared to your Para's skill, the more likely chance the recipe will fail. USE at your own risk!
