Narrow Lot Brownstone - Sanrielle

This house features 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, 2 patios, and a back door that opens out onto Castle Square. It also has a full 1 bed-1 bath apartment in the basement with outdoor access.

**Please note that you must use the toggleedittown cheat in the console if you want to delete the fence and bushes that are normally behind the house**

This build has been playtested but sometimes routing issues will come up, usually with stairs. Sometimes restarting the game fixes it.
