Boho Renovated Old House

This house by the sea is an old house that recently has been renovated. The style is bohemian with light colors, wood and coziness. To brighten up the house, the previous owners has opened up the living space by removing a floor and installed som big windows in a style that still respect the old style of the house.

The 1. floor contains an open space with a kitchen, dining area, living room and an office space. Plus a bathroom. From the open space there is a glass door leading to a wooden terrace. The 2. floor contains a bedroom and a balcony with an easel and from here you can look down over the living room.

I have kept the landscape as it was to honor the town as it is. There is space for up to two paras.

I have used a little cc. The stairs are necessary for the house to funktion. The candle lights set and the crystals from the witchy set is used alot. The others I would say, dosnt effect the look of the house that much, if you dont have them. Just if you dont wonna clutter up your game to much. You can also download them all. I think they are all very cute.

I hope you will enjoy it. Please let me know if you have any questions :)
