Art Sprout Art Store

The artist, Peter Kent, now has a art shop! She....I mean he (wink wink, no one can know her alias is to hide who she is), also lives upstairs above the art shop. NOTE: You will need to make lot into a shop lot (currently still a house lot), and to see items you will need to use a mod. Background context for those who want it: In the game, during the community market, the art stand sells art by an artist named Peter Kent. In my story, I decided the artist was a woman with the alias Peter Kent to keep her identity a secret. So, instead, she sells her art (and other famous works), under the guise that she's just the shop owner! And during her off hours, in her apartment above her shop is where she paints away!
