Mod description
This is that tricky lot in the middle of town, turned into a chill pad for the Despins brothers. Main floor features a kitchen, fireplace, and original brickwork. Second level is the chillin' floor, where the boys have room for activities. Top floor is the bedrooms and a small balcony overlooking Melino and the sea. Bathrooms on each floor, basement currently open but can be converted into livable space.
