Rose Maze and Botanical Garden

At first, I wanted to build an aquarium on this empty plot, but after stumbled upon Kew Garden pictures on Pinterest, I felt that a botanical garden would be more fitting with the surrounding buildings. The first three mods listed at the "Required Items" corner needed to be installed locally so the texture won't turn white.
