The main floor of this 3-storey brick building is a fully equipped gym with 2 bathrooms and views of the sea. The two upper floors contain the living quarters for three single adults. The style is farmhouse/industrial with a Sage Green/Butter Yellow palette throughout. Built for the 3 male roomates that are preloaded in the game's library, this is a great place to entertain and improve skills in Food and Tech sectors. Play tested - no CC version available
