Artist's Corner - Art Gallery

Cute little art gallery with home above in the tricky corner lot of the town shopping district. This is a fully furnished gallery and home - ready to sell from day 1! Having a full gallery of art does make the starting price on this lot 128k so you won't be able to use it as a starter lot unless using money cheats. Make sure you have subscribed to the "Little Business" mod in order to sell your paintings. As long as one resident of the home is present the business can be open and you can choose the markup price of each item. I also like to sell the gems and minerals you can collect around town. As paintings sell and you replace with other sizes of paintings you may need to adjust the track lights to best display everything. The lighting in the gallery is difficult to maintain, but I think there are some lighting mods available if you choose. I also originally may have uploaded this as a mod instead of a lot and I apologize to anyone who was frustrated with not being able to access it. Still learning!
