A modestly sized mansion in the heart of Melino. Features 3 main bedrooms, one with a crib, as well as 4 beds within servants quarters. Each bedroom has its own private bath, with the Master bedroom's being massive and luxurious. Home also features a library and Wine/Beer cellar in the basement. Valued at: P125,709 (Lot replaces 12 Castello Road)
