Cozy studio with an open living and sleeping space, full kitchen, private bath, and a spacious deck perfect for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors. When the lot loads in the water and sometimes one of the "dock" boarders will float. You can delete them or move them back to were they go, you may need to use the advanced transformation tool.
