It includes: • “Screened” front porch & open-air back porch • Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room • 1 primary bedroom with back porch access • Walk-in closet attached to primary bedroom • 1 secondary bedroom/flex space • 1 full jack-and-jill bathroom attached to bedrooms • Utility closet w/ washer & dryer • Hallway closet • Lots of yard space It’s also been playtested. Place this on 198 Charlie II Avenue, the beachfront residential lot between the cliff and the O’Reilly’s home (see last picture).
