Townhouse Starter

This is a two bedroom, one bathroom family home in the center of the town. It costs 26363p, so it is a starter. It is the same build as my Family Townhouse, I have just removed the furniture from the third floor in order to make it affordable. There are two empty rooms on the third floor, so you can make this into a three bedroom, two bathroom home when your paras have "earned it". ;) Once you have placed it, you´ll have to raise the terrain in front of the lot, in order to make it accessible to your paras (not much, only a bit). I´d also recommend to lower the terrain in the back, so the view from the kitchen windows will not clip. (If you do not do that, everything will still function as intended, but it looks a bit weird.)
