Lot beside Chez Maurice. Furniture placed as placeholders for basic essentials, but meant for you to choose your own furnishings and layout for the main floor. There is room to place a 2 pc bath but wanted to leave the final decision to each person. The basement is also unfinished and waiting for your own layout. The colour palette was copied from Pinterest as a basic Coastal Palette. You can choose your own palette and customize the doors/windows to your liking. Then zooming out to get the 'move lot' function. It is then sunken into the ground using shift. It should however place perfectly into the ground as is when subscribing and placing it. If you wish to alter the existing foundation, then build from the exisiting walls from the basement level. No platforms were used in this build or raise floor function. All levels were used with full walls. The terrain paint doesn't seem to save for some reason, but I used the basic dirt in the shrub/flower bed areas, and then the garden pavers in the front and also in the back to create the outdoor area.
