Lot shell beside The Pharmacy

Basic shell with functional stairs. Due to the wonky terrain around the Castle Plaza, the basement was created by moving the entire lot into the ground to create the illusion of a foundation. The basement functions, however it is suggested to play the sunken floors with the walls up to prevent staring into the void. This shell was created off grid, however most of the interior walls kept to 90 degree angles where possible. Kitchen counters should place nicely along the walls. This shell has been play tested, but please let me know should you find any routing issues.
