Family home at the Community Center

I built this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with garden on the lot next to the Community Center. I have a Para family of 5 currently living here, and that is how it is furnished. But there is a lot of space, so you can easily fit 2 or 3 more Paras in by throwing out a spare sofa or two. Unfortunately, the changes I made to the terrain do not transfer when placing it, so you will have to raise the ground yourselves in order to make the outside stairs work. Even when you do that, they tend to be buggy. Every time I load into this lot, I have to go to build mode and put the outside stairs back to where they belong. I think that is just early access. If you have any problems with this lot that I have not noticed, I´d very much appreciate you letting me know. I am still learning this game. Happy Paraliving! No custom content required
