What this mod adds
A refurb (or Rebuild) of the Chen house.
I love you Dev's but I hated the house that was there.
This is in no particular style, but I wanted to make it field like it had been an old building - perhaps a bank, that got converted into a house.
A 'Shell' version is available here, if you want to do your own interioir:
