Redstone Manor sits imposingly on the lot next to the elementary school. While it was once used as city hall, it was converted to a residence some years ago. It was built using imported redstone from a far off land. The house features a rounded room with a view of the beach, a lovely front porch to have your morning coffee, and a plush reading nook upstairs. As furnished it is ready for an artist, chef, or bookworm. Two rooms remain unfurnished, ready for a growing family or paras with a lot of hobbies! This house costs about $35k and is built on the same footprint as the gray brick house that sat on this lot. It was playtested for full functionality. With some redecorating, this house could easily lean into cottagecore, witchy, or spooky vibes. Enjoy!
