Suburban Family House

(No mods, no custom content).This house is beautifully located by the sea with great views. It's a split-level-house with three floors. It has 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, kitchen with pantry, laundry room, office, master suite with walk-in-closet, 4 kids rooms for 1 preteen, 1 child, 1 toddler and 1 baby. There is also a guest suite, gym, garage, 5 bathrooms, lots of storage, and a large back porch overlooking the sea with private access to the beach. This is my first build in Paralives. I hope you’ll enjoy it and like it as much as I do! Let me know what you think.♥ I recommend placing this house on the empty beach lot down to the left on the map (where I built it), so it will place properly and you don't have to lower or raise it.
