I've always disliked the apartment next to the Chez Maurice restauraunt, so here's an update for it! It externally fully mirrors it's counterpart, with a fully furnished and lightly decorated upstairs apartment. Fit perfectly for 1-2 paras and is under 30,000. To use, purchase the lot next to Chez Maurice on the oceanfront and then bulldoze it. Then, use the money to place the lot on said lot. You should have about 1,000 paradigms left.
