What this mod adds
This small, two-story mixed-use industrial building houses a tattoo studio on the bottom and has spaace for an apartment on top.
This build was designed to replace the empty lot next to the "O'Reilly Household" lot to expand the neighborhood.
The footprint of the building takes up about half of the lot, with space for a park or an abandoned lot next to it.
