Beach Front House

I used the walless roof mod to do the vaulted ceiling. This is a real floorplan and I didn't realize how small the living area was until I placed some furniture. It's still functional though. I imagined this house as a vacation rental or a house for a retired couple. There is room to add another bedroom or two if you remodel the garage.
