[PPS01] Modern Villa Shell Challenge

Think you can transform this shell into an amazing home? This large modern shell is ready for your creativity! Design your own dream villa, family home, luxury mansion, or anything you can imagine while working within the existing structure. Challenge Rules: ✅ Do not remove or move any exterior walls. ✅ Do not add new exterior walls. ✅ Half walls and invisible walls are allowed. ✅ Add interior walls to create your own floor plan. ✅ Remove the platform roofs and create your own roofing design if you want. ✅ Landscape the lot however you like. ✅ Add pools, patios, gardens, garages, outdoor living spaces, and decorations. ✅ Furnish both the interior and exterior however you like. ✅ Can use mods from the workshop but if the mods are broken at time of tours I might not be able to tour, so please use mods with caution. ✅ Use the same lot as me, I added a screenshot showing the location. Share your finished version in the Workshop and put "[PPS01]" at the start of the title so i can find your creation. It stands for PrettyPoison Shell 01.
