Community Garden at The Moon Tower

Turn the shady building beside The Moon Tower into a cozy community garden 🌻 Note : - You need to bulldoze and flatten the helll out of this lot first before placing this mod - Once you placed this mod, the tower would look messed up a bit especially the roof. Or worse, the first floor of the tower would be missing. If this issue occured, just delete the tower and make the whole ground as a garden.
